In a scheme orchestrated by his best friend Shaun, Jacob Stone attempts to secure a PPP loan by falsifying information. His goal is to save his girlfriend's nail shop and prove himself, but Shaun's greed leads him to aid a gambling lord in using stolen identities to get approved for the loan. Meanwhile, Big Smoke and Dred, two indebted street vendors, turn to a PPP loan to help small businesses and supply better products to the streets, risking their safety to get out of debt and profit.
