In San Francisco, a sinister force is terrorizing the city every night, targeting unsuspecting locals and leaving behind gruesome, mutilated bodies. The victims' remains are often found dismembered or missing, with some cases leaving no trace at all. Tonight, a teenage girl is about to stumble upon a horrific massacre, and if she survives, she may hold the key to unraveling the mystery and bringing the killer to justice.
