Twin brothers Kathir and Prabhu have vastly different personalities, with Prabhu being gentle and kind, while Kathir is a troubled individual with sociopathic tendencies. The story jumps forward 20 years to Prabhu's marriage to Bhuvana and the birth of their daughter Satya. However, their happiness is disrupted when Satya begins having vivid dreams and communicating with an imaginary character named Sonu. As Prabhu seeks help from a psychiatrist, he uncovers the truth about Sonu's identity and connection to Satya, as well as the fate of his troubled brother Kathir.
