In this movie, Momoko Ryugasaki, the daughter of a small-time gangster, is obsessed with the Rococo period and dresses in a Lolita style. When her father is forced to move to the rural town of Shimotsuma, Momoko decides to sell her forged Versace and Universal Studios products to buy expensive clothing. There, she befriends a rebellious "yanki" named Ichigo Shirayuri, and an unlikely friendship blossoms.
