A school is situated atop one of the Gates of Hell, where demonic hordes lie in wait to escape and wreak havoc on Earth. A goblin named Hiruko is sent on a reconnaissance mission to Earth, where he brutally beheads students to assemble their heads on the bodies of demonic creatures. As the gruesome deaths pile up, an archaeology professor named Hieda and a haunted student named Masao join forces to uncover the truth behind the carnage and ultimately confront Hiruko in a fierce battle.
