Zoologist Marvin Feldman travels to the California Lion Country Safari to study a lion named Frasier, who has fathered a record number of cubs. He discovers that Frasier can speak and is being hunted by a wealthy man who seeks to kill the lion to gain his sexual prowess. Marvin must find a way to stop the hunter and save Frasier's life.
