A group of fighters, including Mr. Satan, Android 18, Trunks, and Goten, arrive on an island for a high-stakes battle. However, instead of facing his rival directly, the opponent unleashes genetically engineered warriors to fight. But things take a dark turn when one of these warriors is created from the DNA of Broly, a powerful and aggressive fighter.

Mr. Jaguar creates a clone of Broly, intending to pit him and other genetically engineered warriors against Mr. Satan in a scheme to expose him as a fake. To thwart this plan, Goten, Trunks, Kriilin, and Android 18 must intervene and stop the new Bio-Broly.
