Rama Rao, an IPS aspirant, seeks revenge against Saadu Bhai, a Mafia Don, after his brother's death. He becomes Baadshah, a vigilante, and takes down Saadu Bhai's operations. Meanwhile, he falls in love with Janaki, and to win her heart, he enters her life as a wedding planner, gathering information about Saadu Bhai's plans. Eventually, he rescues a kidnapped police officer, kills the villains, and marries Janaki.
