American spy Michael Rogan, taken prisoner during World War II, is driven by hatred and a desire for revenge after his wife and comrades are brutally murdered by a sadistic interrogation team. He sets out on a mission of terror and bloodshed across Europe, stalking and killing each member of the team, with the ultimate target being the leader, Von Osten, a rising political force in post-war Germany.
