A monk's life is threatened by the Red Army during his visit to Singapore, and he meets a young woman who shares his horoscope. After being wounded by terrorists, they both face a dire situation as their rare blood type makes it difficult to find matching donors. The police and an anti-terrorist agent must enlist the help of a reluctant con man to give blood in time, while also dealing with the monk's hotheaded boyfriend, who kidnaps the potential donor.
