Isabelle Collin Dufresne, a multifaceted French-American artist, author, and luminary figure in the world of pop art, enjoyed a storied career marked by her esteemed association with the iconic Andy Warhol, as well as her distinction as one of the artist's coveted "superstars".
Prior to her work with Warhol, Dufresne had the privilege of collaborating with and studying under the tutelage of the enigmatic surrealist master, Salvador DalĂ.
