Stole Popov is a renowned Macedonian film director who has made a significant impact in the industry.

He completed his education in film directing at the prestigious Academy of Theatre, Film & Television in Belgrade, where he honed his skills and laid the foundation for his future success.

Throughout his illustrious career, Popov worked as a film director at "Vardar Film" from 1978 to 1988, showcasing his talent and expertise in the field.

During his tenure at "Vardar Film", he also took on the additional responsibility of duty manager from 1985 to 1986, further demonstrating his leadership abilities and commitment to the organization.

Today, Popov is a respected film directing professor at the Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Skopje, where he shares his knowledge and experience with the next generation of filmmakers.

In addition to his teaching responsibilities, he also serves as the chief of Film Directing Studies, solidifying his position as a prominent figure in the Macedonian film industry.
