Serzh Sargsyan

Serzh Azati Sargsyan, a renowned Armenian politician, was born on June 30, 1954. He held the esteemed position of the third President of Armenia from 2008 to 2018, overseeing the country's development during this period. Prior to his presidency, Sargsyan served as the Prime Minister of Armenia twice, initially from 2007 to 2008, and again from April 17 to April 23, 2018. However, his second tenure as Prime Minister was marked by controversy, as he was compelled to resign amidst the 2018 Armenian revolution.
