Moneca's feature film debut occurred in MGM's "Agent Cody Banks", where she showcased her seductive charm by flirtatiously teaching Frankie Muniz, the main actor, how to interact with girls using a holographic lesson. This initial success opened doors to various roles in projects such as "Battlestar Galactica", "Supernatural", and a recurring part on "Smallville".
In 2006, Moneca landed a significant role in the indie film "Kill Kill Faster Faster", an adaptation of Joel Rose's acclaimed novel. She shared the screen with fellow Canadian actors Gil Bellows and Lisa Ray. After filming wrapped in Rotterdam, Holland, Moneca returned to her hometown of Vancouver, British Columbia, to join the cast of "Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer", the sequel to 20th Century Fox's "Fantastic Four".
By the end of the year, Moneca began working on the Warner Bros./Legendary Pictures/Bryan Singer-produced horror anthology "Trick 'r Treat". The film takes place on Halloween night and features an ensemble cast, including Anna Paquin, Brian Cox, Dylan Baker, and Leslie Bibb. In early 2011, Moneca collaborated with Cory Monteith and Dustin Milligan in the improvised comedy "Sisters & Brothers", the follow-up to "Mothers & Daughters" and "Fathers & Sons".
Moneca also completed filming for the thriller "Three Days in Havana" on location in Havana, Cuba, alongside Kathleen Robertson, Tygh Runyan, Greg Wise, and Don McKellar. She has re-teamed with Gil Bellows for this project.
