Ivan Lawrence Blieden, professionally known as Larry Blyden, was a multifaceted American entertainer, exceling as an actor, stage producer, director, and game show host. Born on June 23, 1925, he embarked on his theatrical journey in 1948, making his Broadway stage debut and subsequently appearing in numerous productions on and off Broadway.
Throughout his illustrious career, Blyden garnered recognition for his exceptional talent, including winning the prestigious Tony Award for Best Featured Actor in a Musical in 1972 for his captivating performance in the revival of A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum.
