Kanichiro Sato, a Japanese actor born on August 16, 1996, is known professionally by his stage name Kanichiro. Hailing from Setagaya, Tokyo, Kanichiro comes from a family with a strong background in the entertainment industry. His father, Koichi Sato, is also an actor, and his grandfather, Rentaro Mikuni, was a renowned Japanese actor. Kanichiro is currently managed by Humanité, a prominent talent agency.
Kanichiro's acting career began in 2017 with a role in the film Kokoro ga Sakebitagatterunda, also known as The Anthem of the Heart. However, his first acting role was actually in the film Kiku to Girochin, or The Chrysanthemum and the Guillotine, which was filmed in the fall of 2016 but was released in 2018.
