Joshua Mikel is a multifaceted creative professional hailing from Conyers, Georgia, with a rich background in the arts. He holds a prestigious degree in Theatre and Creative Writing from Florida State University, where he had the opportunity to collaborate with the esteemed film school as an actor and storyboard artist for numerous student short films.
During his undergraduate years and subsequent graduation, Mikel embarked on an extensive tour of the United States as a founding member and drummer for the indie rock band Look Mexico. After the band's disbandment in 2010, he returned to his home state to pursue a career in the film and television industry.
As a playwright, Mikel has achieved significant success, with six published works to his credit. He is particularly renowned for his theatre for young audiences productions, including "The Monster Hunters" and "Good Good Trouble on Bad Bad Island".
