Deon Richmond is an American actor born on April 2, 1978, in New York City. He is most recognizable for his recurring and semi-regular childhood roles in popular television shows. One of his most notable roles was as Kenny, also known as "Bud," the friend of Rudy Huxtable on the iconic NBC sitcom The Cosby Show.
