Chris Costa's extensive professional journey spanned over a decade in the private sector, with a remarkable 7-year tenure at Applied Marine Technologies Inc. and Linxx, where he was seconded to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security's Risk Management Division (RMD).
During his time at AMTI and Linxx, Costa honed his expertise in teaching Police Tactical Operations in CBRNE (Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear or High Explosive) environments, providing critical training for law enforcement personnel. Additionally, he conducted Red Team Vulnerability Assessments on vital infrastructures for the US Government, ensuring the nation's security and preparedness.
Prior to his private sector experience, Costa spent 12 illustrious years with the United States Coast Guard, where he was a highly respected member of various elite units. He was involved in counter drug operations and special missions across Europe, the Middle East, and South America, showcasing his adaptability and expertise in diverse environments.
