Branscombe Richmond, a talented Native American actor, stuntman, and singer, was born on August 8, 1955. With his impressive 6' 3" stature and warm, genuine smile, he has effortlessly portrayed both cold-hearted villains and warm-hearted, open "good guys" throughout his extensive career.
Richmond's early beginnings in the film and television industry date back to the 1970s, when he landed minor roles in popular shows such as "The Bionic Woman" (1976),"The Rockford Files" (1974),and "Magnum, P.I." (1980). He then quickly transitioned to made-for-TV movies and continued to work steadily throughout the 1980s and 1990s.
Some of his notable roles include appearances in A-grade productions like Licence to Kill (1989),Best Seller (1987),and Batman Returns (1992). He even ventured into the world of children's films with Curly Sue (1991). In 1991, Richmond landed the key role of "Bobby Six Killer" in the bounty hunter-themed TV series "Renegade" (1992),starring alongside Lorenzo Lamas and Kathleen Kinmont. The series was a huge success, running for five years and producing over 100 episodes.
