A small British colony is invaded by its Communist neighbor, prompting the newly elected female President of the United States to intervene. The British prime minister, Sir Mortimer Chris, sends a task force to reclaim the islands, while the Communist leader, General Mosquera, hires a notorious terrorist to kidnap the British princess Wendy and demand a ransom.
