A disillusioned security officer, Carl, witnesses a tragic suicide and is dismissed by a dismissive policewoman when he reports a group of drug dealers. Feeling helpless, Carl enlists his colleague Lee's help to frame the criminals, but Lee's motives are not pure. As Carl's personal life unravels, his daughter Kelly seeks comfort after a fight with her unfaithful mother, while the drug dealers abduct Lee and threaten Carl. With no one else to turn to, Carl takes matters into his own hands to bring the perpetrators to justice.
