A disgruntled engineer, who recently lost a promotion and found his best man with his wife, meets a mysterious hitman in a bar. The hitman, intrigued by the engineer's drunken ramblings, asks him to provide a list of five people he'd like to see dead. The engineer, still intoxicated, makes a list of his boss, a rival, a bookie, his best man, and his wife. The next morning, the engineer discovers that his boss has been murdered, and he must now confront the reality that his drunken words have taken on a deadly significance.
