In the town of Weaverton, a mysterious giant is rumored to live on Thunder Mountain. Two brothers, Tommy and Ben, decide to explore the mountain and find the giant's cabin, where they meet Eli, a gentle giant who has been living on the mountain for years. Despite initial skepticism, the brothers befriend Eli and learn about his life on the mountain. However, their friend Amy gets them into trouble when she takes one of Eli's gold nuggets, leading to a series of events that puts Eli's life in danger.
