Gloria, a wealthy and skilled female wrestler, is called to investigate a series of murders of wrestlers whose pineal glands have been removed. She teams up with FBI agent Mario Robles to uncover the truth and follows a trail of clues to eccentric neurosurgeon Dr. Eric Williams. Williams is creating a gilled human by injecting fish with glandular extract and exposing them to radiation, aiming to create an army of Gill Men to control the world's oceans.
