Stones for the Rampart

The film is based on a renowned Polish novel and recounts the true story of the "Gray Ranks" - a group of scouts - during the Nazi occupation of Warsaw, focusing on the liberation of one of its members.

A group of Polish scouts, known as the "Gray Ranks," fought against Nazi occupation in Warsaw during World War II. One member, imprisoned and tortured by the Germans, was eventually liberated through a daring daytime military operation called "Action at the Arsenal." This feat, carried out by a youth resistance organization, was the largest of its kind in all of occupied Europe during the war.
