John Baxter leaves his New York job to inherit a ski resort in the Rocky Mountains, but he's surprised to find it in disarray. With his family's help, he decides to restore the property and make it successful. However, rival Martin Ridgeway tries to sabotage their efforts, determined to claim the resort for himself.
