At the age of five, Akiko Kashiwagi had a haunting dream that would shape her life. Now 18 years old, Akiko is a school teacher living with her sister Natsuko and their dog Leo in a secluded lakeside house. Her fiancé, Dr. Takashi Saeki, visits when he can. When a mysterious coffin arrives at a nearby boat house, a strange man is seen lurking. Soon, victims with no blood and two holes in their necks begin to appear at the hospital, and Dr. Saeki starts investigating at the lake shore where Akiko lives.

A lake resort becomes the eerie backdrop for a series of gruesome murders, prompting a doctor to unravel the mystery and uncover the shocking truth: a bloodthirsty vampire is on the loose, and the doctor must track it down before it strikes again.
