The annual cycling race in Nainital is a highly anticipated event, with schools and colleges from all backgrounds participating. For two years, Rajput College's Shekhar Malhotra has dominated the competition, and his arrogance has not gone unnoticed. Meanwhile, two brothers, Sanju and Ratan, attend Model College and run a small cafe. Their father longs to see Ratan become the champion, and Ratan is a responsible and ideal son, while Sanju is a free-spirited prankster who enjoys life with his friends, including Anjali, who secretly loves him. Sanju's life takes a turn when he falls for Devika, a new student, and lies about his wealth to impress her. However, when Devika discovers the truth, she dumps him for Shekhar.
