Faces of Death VI is a direct-to-video compilation of highlights from earlier films in the series, featuring scenes from Faces of Death 1, 4, and 5. It begins without opening credits, recycling familiar scenes like the monkey's killing and preparation for a gourmet restaurant, as well as the staged heart ripping scene and "head in a box" scene from Faces of Death IV. The film also includes John Alan Schwartz's cameo as a cult leader and "The encapsulation of Samuel Berkowitz", with final credits taken from Faces of Death.
