Multinational terrorists in Puerto Rico have set their sights on the United States, with an anthrax bomb as their first target. UN agent J.W. Garrison and CIA operative Zack Hamilton team up to infiltrate the island's jet-set and find the mastermind. They recruit three deadly operatives, posing as models, to form the D.R.E.A.M. Team. As they go undercover, they discover that wealthy businessman Oliver Maxwell and his assistant Lena Brant are involved in a sinister plot. When one of the operatives is kidnapped, the team must act fast to save her and prevent the bomb from detonating.
