Dominion: Prequel to the Exorcist

Lankester Merrin, a disillusioned priest and archaeologist, uncovers a Byzantine-era church in Northern Kenya, only to find it buried to the rooftop in sand. As the structure is exposed, a sense of madness spreads through the camp, prompting local tribesmen to demand the church's burial. The situation escalates as two British soldiers are found dead and their commander shoots an innocent civilian. Amidst the chaos, a young, disabled boy named Cheche becomes possessed by the devil, prompting Merrin to re-evaluate his faith.
