North Korean siblings Myung-hoon and Hye-in are sent to a labor prison camp after their father's failed espionage mission. Myung-hoon volunteers to become a spy to save his sister's life, infiltrating South Korea as a teenage defector. He attends high school, meets a new Hye-in and rescues her from bullies.
