Tommy Nelson, a boxer, is accused of murdering his manager. As detectives Bud and Lou investigate, they stumble upon an invisibility formula that Tommy uses to evade the police. Inspired by this discovery, they concoct a plan to capture gangster Morgan by having Lou compete against Rocky Hanlon, with Tommy's invisible assistance.
