In this horror film, the spirits of two women who were brutally murdered by samurai soldiers return to exact revenge. As vengeful ghosts, they lure and slaughter the very soldiers who took their lives, seeking justice through violence and terror.

In the midst of a civil war, a mother and daughter-in-law are brutally attacked and killed by samurai. As the samurai continue to pass through the area, they begin to mysteriously die with their throats torn out. The governor sends a young hero to investigate the strange occurrences, and he soon finds himself face to face with the two women's ghosts. After undergoing a spiritual purification ritual, the hero engages in a fierce battle with the vengeful spirit.
