In the heart of the West Bank, a group of nuns living in the Sisters of Mercy convent are thrown off their routine when a family of Israeli settlers crash their car into the convent's wall. As the Sabbath approaches, the settlers must return home, but a phone is forbidden on the Sabbath and the nuns have taken a vow of silence. The two groups must work together to devise an unconventional plan to get the settlers home safely.
