Lindsey Morrison, a struggling wedding photographer, is hired to capture the wedding of Josh Taylor-Hall's sister, Hannah. As Lindsey stays at the family's house, she and Josh grow closer, but their budding relationship is threatened by the arrival of wedding planner Maxine Bower-Smythe, who is dismissive of Lindsey's skills, and Josh's ex-girlfriend, who complicates matters.
