Malhotra seeks to acquire a land owned by Mrs. Dhillon, a Sikh colony, for his factory, but she refuses to sell. The land features a sacred tree, and Malhotra's son Aman is threatened, leading to a fight between Aman and Raka, who is sent to cut the tree. After being beaten, Aman gains holy powers from the tree and transforms into the superhero Flying Jat, while Raka becomes a toxic monster seeking to pollute the environment.
