The planet Baam faces destruction, compelling its inhabitants to seek refuge on Earth. However, when their leader is assassinated during negotiations for land, tensions escalate as Earth is blamed for the crime. The Baam declare war on Earth, leading to the deployment of the super-robot Daimos and its pilot Kazuya Ryuzaki to protect their planet. Kazuya struggles between his duty and love for Princess Erika, a peaceful princess despite the conflict.
