Nanami Takahashi, a high school freshman, discovers herself in conflict with popular student Motoharu Yano after an accidental prank on her first day of school. Despite their initial challenges, the two begin dating despite Yano's troubled past, which includes Nana Yamamoto’s tragic death and the secrets surrounding it. Adding to the complexity, Nanami's younger sister Yuri also attends the same class. As Yano struggles with his unresolved emotions and guilt, Nanami must navigate their complicated relationship if they are to overcome their shared pasts and build a future together.
