Waxworks background

Waxworks

A writer is commissioned to breathe life into a wax museum's sculptures by crafting compelling narratives. As he works, his imagination runs wild, weaving tales that involve himself and the enigmatic daughter of the museum's owner.

A writer is hired by a wax museum owner to create stories featuring his models, the owner's daughter, and himself. The writer's stories become increasingly twisted, with the first tale involving a baker who is threatened by the Sultan's whishing ring, the second featuring Tzar Ivan the Terrible and his court-chemist, and the third exploring the dark world of Jack the Ripper.
