In this comedy, Vasool Raja is a member of a rowdy gang that scams people for money. When his parents are due to visit, he and his gang pose as a hospital to impress them. However, things take a turn when Vasool's parents discover they've been duped by their own son, who's pretending to be a doctor. To regain their trust, Vasool must enroll in medical school, where he meets his childhood sweetheart and a formidable rival.
