Two lawmen, Blackie and Joe, disguise themselves as outlaws to infiltrate Markham's ranch and track down the notorious rustler, Tulliver. However, unbeknownst to them, Tulliver has secretly placed a spy, Thorn, on the ranch, who murders the foreman Riggs and frames Blackie for the crime.
