Lonely pilot Jack Russell takes to the skies, unaware that a deadly secret lies hidden in the plane's hull. A shipment of genetically engineered Scorpion fetuses, created to develop a vaccine, is on board. Meanwhile, two brothers, Yaffi and Sudan, attempt to smuggle themselves into America. As tensions rise, a scientist steals the fetuses, but their discovery by security sparks a desperate fight.
