A group of seven high school friends experience a quarter century of life, facing various challenges that drive them apart. Ultimately, as one of them nears the end of their life, they long to reconnect with each of their former friends before it's too late.

Na-Mi, a high school transfer student from a small town, moves to Seoul and struggles to fit in due to her rural accent. She's bullied on her first day, but a group of girls, each with their own unique personalities, come to her aid. The group, which includes Choon-Hwa, Jang-Mi, Jin-Hee, Geum-Ok, Bok-Hee, and Su-Ji, forms a tight bond and becomes known as "Sunny."
