Two drug dealers, Lonigan and Tony, flee the scene after shooting two cops and make off with a million dollars and drugs, hiding them in a red Corvette Stingray at a used car lot. However, when they return to retrieve their stash, they discover it's been purchased by two unsuspecting individuals, Elmo and Al, who unknowingly become the targets of a wild chase involving the dealers, the police, and a mistaken identity.
