Southwest Passage

A U.S. Cavalry expedition sets out to investigate the suitability of camels for desert missions in the Southwest.

Edward Beale leads a caravan across the American desert, testing the feasibility of using camels in the west. A bank robber, posing as a doctor, joins the group, along with his sweetheart. As they face the harsh desert terrain, tensions rise when the mule-skinner discovers the robber's true identity, and the group must fend off Apache attacks.
