In London, a serial killer is on the loose, targeting women and leaving a trail of bloodless bodies. Meanwhile, in a distant country, a ruthless military dictator named Konratz is rising to power, eliminating anyone who dares to stand in his way. When the Vampire Killer is cornered by the police, he flees to the home of scientist Dr. Browning, only to take a deadly plunge into a tank of acid. The acid's incredible potency catches the attention of Dr. David Sorel, who becomes obsessed with uncovering the truth behind Dr. Browning's research.
