A young man, haunted by his past, kidnaps Korean leaders, convinced they are reptilian aliens plotting to take over the planet. With law enforcement baffled, a former detective, known for his exceptional crime-solving skills, is brought in to help. The young man, Lee Byeong-gu, builds a makeshift command center in his basement where he subjects his captives to torture and interrogation. His devoted girlfriend supports his theories, but is concerned that his troubled childhood may be clouding his judgment.
