In the scorching desert, the Stooges operate a restaurant, desperate to raise funds to pay their fiancées' taxes before they're sold into slavery. However, their fortunes take a turn when cunning crooks persuade them to retrieve the stolen Rootin' Tootin' Diamond.

In the desert, three friends run a restaurant to pay off their fiancées' taxes and avoid being sold into slavery. However, their fortunes change when con artists convince them to retrieve the stolen Rootin Tootin diamond, promising a reward. The stooges decide to return the diamond to the government, but instead, they discover the Emir of Shmo has taken it. They then disguise themselves as Santa Clauses and, with a bit of mischief, manage to scare the ruler into handing over the diamond.
